The New Leadership
In the ten years century, managers looking to get ahead will need a completely different set of skills. Product, Markets, Customer, and Technology are changing fast, and corporations will need managers that can handle uncertainty. These leaders will also need the ability to work as part of a team, have concerns for the needs of employees and also have a sense of humor.
In order to survive, company have to establish an in creasing number of partnerships with distributors and their most important customers. Leaders will have to rely more then ever on their staff to act independently to maintain these relarionships. As a result, they will also need to build a different kind of relationship with the people who work for them.
In addition skilled employees will be more in demand, so they will be freer to come and go as they please. Managers will have to make more of an effort to attractive new talent and have listening skills and desire to help people could well become important qualities in a successful manager.

Friend(part 2)
Still spirit caw read continuation of posting I yesterday???
I have many same experiences which its name friend and or best friend. Remembered not time posting to 4 I have ever told a story if when Junior high school I had a friend which the name is Nuri, remembers no??
Now I will tell a story about my friends in senior high school. Time first time I went to senior high school to I to make friends close to Nani and Nurindah, but that only stays in class 1 only, Because second class time I differed in majors with Nurindah while my friendship and Nani starts is estranged because at the time of class us 2 nani have a boyfriend that is indirectly limits its the interaction.
From there my am same near by starts of Lutfi, Nia and Zuli. I love to can pal up with them, because I thus has return friend coincidently our house are concurrent. Although at that moment my friend Lutfi is having an affair with its the gank friend, be Tita and Vini. I also tries to pacify them and simply effort for me produces fruit result, Lutfi, Tita and Vini also returns to making friends. I love to see it although in my heart there are a few having cold feet thrown but simply my am wrong, they invite I to join together they. However I refuse it smoothly because for me makes friends that with whom just during we able to differentiate good which and which old.
